Local Village is a startup built to make modern parenthood feel more connected, supported, and a lot less overwhelming. Founded in Hoboken, NJ, this hybrid online and in-person platform was created to streamline trusted local resources, events, and expert recommendations for first-time parents. I designed a brand that feels colorful and playful yet timeless, using warm jewel tones and a bold serif logo. Custom illustrations, including Hoboken brownstones and subtle community-inspired icons, ground the brand in its neighborhood roots. From merch mockups to social templates and a foundational website built to scale, every detail was created to support Local Village’s long-term vision of becoming the modern parent’s go-to hub for connection, confidence, and community.
